Kollywood is abuzz with anticipation for its next big release – ‘Leo’ starring Thalapathy Vijay, directed by the talented Lokesh Kanagaraj. However, a little-known fact is that actor Vishal had the opportunity to be part of this highly anticipated action film but missed out.
During the promotional activities for his forthcoming film ‘Mark Antony’, Vishal shed light on this matter. He revealed that Lokesh had approached him for a role in ‘Leo’. However, due to his commitments to another film, he had to turn it down. Vishal emphasized that he finds it challenging to juggle two films at once, fearing he’d experience a “split personality” if he took on dual roles.
Offering more insight, Vishal shared, “I had to apologize to Lokesh since he wanted me onboard for ‘Leo’ for four months. But, my commitments with ‘Thupparivaalan 2’ held me back.” Given that Vishal is not only the lead actor but also the director for the sequel, he was keen on avoiding multitasking between projects.
