Dubai Throws a Curveball at Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Estranged Wife, Aaliya
Amidst the turbulent divorce proceedings with acclaimed actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Aaliya Siddiqui now faces another daunting challenge. Recent buzz suggests that Aaliya, currently residing in Dubai for her children’s education, has been served an eviction notice by the Dubai Government, with the primary cause being cited as “non-payment of rent.”
The couple, who has been the talk of the town due to their ongoing divorce saga and public disagreements, have two children – Shora and Yaani. These children are currently staying in Dubai with their mother, Aaliya, for academic reasons. However, with the arrival of the eviction notice, the dynamics seem to be taking another unexpected turn.
Earlier this month, officials from Dubai’s Rental Disputes Centre approached Aaliya’s Dubai residence to hand over the eviction notice. Speculations suggest that the financial responsibilities were on Nawazuddin’s shoulders post a Bombay HC order, but there seems to have been a delay or discrepancy in the transactions. The notice apparently emphasizes the immediate evacuation of the property, quoting an outstanding rental value of 27,183.00 dirhams, and threatening potential legal actions if not addressed timely.
Aaliya had previously mentioned that Nawazuddin had been visiting Dubai concerning property matters. She expressed her desire for Nawazuddin to have the Dubai house agreement in his name for added security. While financial responsibilities have been met by the actor following court orders recently, the latest eviction situation remains a developing story.
A walk down the memory lane reminds us that Nawazuddin and Aaliya tied the knot in 2010. They’ve been blessed with two children – Shora, aged 12, and Yaani, who is 7. However, the journey hasn’t been rosy for a while, with Aaliya indicating that they’ve lived apart for the last 4-5 years.
